This page has been added to connect members in the birthing community with one another so that we may all better understand each other's services and how they benefit pregnant and post-partum women. Dr. Trudell invites any interested birth professionals to sign up for the Birthing Community Connection newsletter. This monthly email publication will contain information on chiropractic, acupuncture, massage, yoga, nutrition, herbs, hypnobirthing, midwives, doulas, homebirths, lactation consultants, childbirth education classes, reiki, and more! Dr. Trudell is looking for specialists in these areas to submit articles, links, research and more so that we can all learn more about these services. When our pregnant patients come to us with questions, we can serve them better with the proper resources. This class offers parents a safe and natural approach to birthing, and helps a woman trust her intuition and her body to birth her baby naturally. Classes focus on prenatal care, nutrition, importance of spinal and pelvis alignment during pregnancy and delivery, releasing fears using relaxation and visualization and more.
