Sunday Oct 18th-Intuitive Birth Classes begin! Dr. Trudell has teamed up with Terry Haag, RN to co-teach Intuitive Birth Class. This class offers parents a safe and natural approach to birthing, and helps a woman trust her intuition and her body to birth her baby naturally. Classes focus on prenatal care, nutrition, importance of spinal and pelvis alignment during pregnancy and delivery, releasing fears using relaxation and visualization and more.
